Oil on linen stretched over heavy board/frame. Signed and dated on back with title. This abstract piece has such depth with the various blues and stylized hashmarks that create dimensions on the layers of paint. Some sections have a visual similarity to denim. c. 2003. 

Kurt Christian is a contemporary painter that currently lives and works in Philadelphia. Active since the early 90's, Christian has had several solo exhibitions in both Oklahoma and New York.
