Lacquered + Studded Wood Container

A interesting piece....probably had a lid at some point with apparent lip on the top. Container has been lacquer painted black with a surface design of studs on each side of the oval body. Would make for a fantastic trash bin in a powder bath or office. Overall good condition with well worn details and patina.
