Faded peach colored velvet with 'FIRST' embroidery made by Pettibone Bros Manufacturing in Cincinnati, Ohio. Odd Fellows helmets were used by members of the fraternal order and often featured a design that combined medieval elements and the traditional Prussian spiked helmet. Could have been used for various rituals, ceremonies or parades.
