Chopping Block Sculpture #2

The man who made this table or object did not start out with the intention of making it as such. He chose a hardwood log against which he chopped softer wood into pieces people would use to cook over. The log serves to protect the choppers axe. Now it is seen as a brutalist sculpture or possible plant stand. Origin: Ivory Coast, Africa
